Obituary of Guido E. Mannella

Mr. Mannella lived in Albion all of his life where he was a member of St. Joseph's Church, member and past Grand Knight of St. Joan of Arc Assembly 4th Degree, Knights of Columbus. Guido and his nephew Chet DiPalma owned and operated Dugan's Shoe Store in Albion for 20 years and was also a 36 year employee for Eastman Kodak Co. He served in the US Army during WW II stationed in the Philippine Islands. Guido was a avid sports fan and had coached Sandstone Little League for 10 years, was a catcher for the Albion Oriels and could be seen at many Albion High School sports activities where he was a member of the "Chain Gang" for 20+ years.
